Dear SteelCo Stakeholders,

Some time in the June-July time-frame I was concluding 13 months worth of exhausting research into a steel building structure. During that time, I can tell you that I looked at a myriad of vendors that ranged in price, policy, and quality. After my research, I had largely decided to purchase from another Vendor.

On the day I was going to write the check…SteelCO Sales Representative Aaron Morris phoned me. I told Aaron I appreciated his call, but that I had decided to go with another company. I tried to drive the competition by asking Aaron to compete with them on price, but he would not engage me. Instead, Aaron positioned SteelCo quality, and the level of service I could expect before during and after my purchase.

After several days of dialog, Aaron did not know it, but SteelCo was undergoing my strict criteria via it’s agent…Aaron Morris.

Though my praise is largely about the Quality of the SteelCo building, it is equally about SteeCo service.
The point I want to make to SteelCo is that without Aaron, I am not sure I would have arrived at my level of gratitude in acquiring an honest and dependable product and service.
