We Don’t Have a Customer Service Department at SteelCo. We Don’t Need One.

We don’t understand why any company really needs an entire department to provide service when it is–or should be–the responsibility of everyone in the company to provide every customer with the finest, friendliest, most responsive service possible.

At least, that’s the way it works at SteelCo. We don’t pass our customers around like hot potatoes; each customer works with the same member of the SteelCo team from first contact throughout the life of the project and often beyond.

When a SteelCo customer has a question or issue, he knows he can go straight to his sales consultant for answers or action, without having to navigate mazes of different people at different departments.

Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings

SteelCo steel buildings are designed and crafted to order, packed in convenient kits and drop-shipped directly to your building site, anywhere in the United States. The directions are simple and logical, and the building is easy to assemble quickly and correctly.

But if you want us to assemble your building from the kit, our expert craftsmen are available to do so if your building site is located within the state of Georgia, and we can arrange for one of our partner companies to do the job just about anywhere else.

Custom Design and Turn-Key Services

SteelCo can also work with you to design and construct a residential or business building that blends the best elements of design and functionality.

Our contractors are educated and experienced, with cutting-edge design and construction expertise. They work closely with you from first concept to final walk-through to ensure that the finished product suits your taste and meets your specifications.
